Ugliest residents. Wow, low blow.
Ouch, North Dakota. How do you even measure that?
North Dakota residents are surrounded by drunk drivers, rapists and tornadoes. Perhaps applying makeup is not one of their first concerns. Of course what with all of the inbreeding the ugliness is more likely due to genetics rather than geographics.
"Louise, there's a tornado coming, and it's bringing the rapists and drunkards with it! Put down that blush!"
On the other hand, I think the Idahoans are feeling pretty smug right now.
Just wondering how this may impact Washington's tourism marketing. Maybe the next campaign will be, "Washington State, where the weather is cold but the moose are HOT!"
I vote for going to the State of Maine. At least there you will feel really smart!
And I have a question in regards to Washington - What does that mean?? :)

ok. now I understand why! Remind to never go to the Midwest, with the rapists, or Northwest, with..well.... I think I'll stick with the Arsonists.
And for some reason it is shocking me that Washington was the state that has that problem. I would've expected that out of WV more.
Poor West Virginia. I think they have an unfair rep.
True, but I know of a few people who grew up down there. They don't exactly deny it...
